Develop incentives to encourage industry leaders to build to higher standards in advance of minimum regulatory requirements

Project will review density bonus considerations to include incentives for zero carbon buildings and features based on best practices.

May Identify opportunities to refine or expand current zoning bylaw regulations, incentives and zones to encourage more energy efficient buildings and lower transportation related GHG emissions.
