Description
City staff collaborate with non-profit housing providers, BC Housing, and CMHC to support the development of non-market affordable housing units across Surrey. Projects funded by BC Housing are required to meet upper steps of the BC Energy Step Code with low greenhouse gas intensity (GHGI) and other sustainability requirements.
