The City will continue to install EV Charging stations at new City facilities as part of the EV requirements for new facilities adopted in 2019.

Install public electric vehicle charging stations at existing and new City facilities to meet anticipated demand

To date, the City of Surrey has installed 58 public EV Charging ports across 18 City facilities, including 3 DC Fast Charging ports (2 at City Hall Parkade, 1 at Fraser Heights Recreation Centre).
