Review green building program implementation needs including staffing, data collection, and processes for quality assurance of submissions

A review is needed of the City’s green building program, including BC Energy Step Code requirements, to assess the efficacy of current processes. This review will include an assessment of current staff capacity to administer the program, compliance rates, and how data is captured and analyzed. Ensuring green building programs are sufficiently supported by staff and effective processes will be an ongoing need as the City expands its programs for new construction and retrofits.
