Description
Monitoring the energy and carbon performance of new buildings is a critical component of policy and program development. In order to set appropriate requirements and design supportive programs, it is necessary to understand how buildings are performing and how this changes over time. To support effective tracking and analysis of energy and carbon performance data from building permit submissions, new processes need to be developed that are efficient and accessible.
