E1.4Develop a tree loss and landscaping strategy for boulevards

This action is focused on increasing tree canopy coverage along residential road ways. This can include communications with residents about the important ecosystem services provided by trees, and cross-departmental collaboration between PRC and Engineering to renovate residential boulevards to ensure there is adequate space to plant new trees.
