Consider approaches to prioritize equity-seeking groups and vulnerable individuals in urban forestry and biodiversity policies and programs

The goal of this action is to ensure all residents have access to the benefits provided by urban forest. The Urban Forest Management Strategy identifies high equity need neighborhoods with low canopy cover and tree planting efforts have been prioritized in these areas.
